$200 (non-refundable) Facilities Fee
Day Usage$100* per day
Overnight $15 per person per night

*not subject to the non-refundable Facilities Fee if reserved for only one day
NOTE:
Churches and ministries outside the Southern Baptist Faith must sign an acknowledgement of adherence to our Articles of Belief and Conduct.

Groups must check out by 10am to avoid being charged an additional day. Per person fees do not apply to children 3 years and younger. The $200 security deposit covers any damages or messes left by visitors and will be refunded should the property be left with no damages. 
To check availability and to make a reservation, call the DTBA office at 662-429-5033. Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received. 
REFUND POLICY
If the center is not going to be used, the group/church/individual has up to one week prior to the reservation date to cancel and receive a deposit refund. This must be done by calling the DTBA office at 662-429-5033 as not showing up will forfeit the deposit.
